Empower the Nations (EtN) is a global missions and leadership-development initiative focused on strengthening evangelical churches—especially in underserved regions—through teaching, discipleship, pastoral training, and long-term partnership rooted in Wesleyan theology and biblical holiness.
- Training and equipping pastors and church leaders in biblical holiness, discipleship, sanctification, and Spirit-filled ministry.
- Developing sustainable leadership networks rather than only holding one-time revival events.
- Expanding evangelical and Wesleyan theological influence in regions where churches lack strong doctrinal resources.
- Supporting churches with translated books, teaching materials, conferences, coaching, and digital resources.
- Building long-term relationships with local leaders across Latin America, Africa, and eventually 50 countries worldwide.
The strategy appears intentionally multi-phase:
- Phase One — National Gathering
- A large conference brings together pastors and leaders from across a country.
- Core teachings focus on holiness, discipleship, leadership development, and spiritual renewal.
- Phase Two — Regional Expansion
- Leaders return to their regions and EtN follows up locally through smaller conferences and ministry partnerships.
- Additional pastors and churches are engaged nearer to their home communities.
- Phase Three — Ongoing Development
- Continued coaching, leadership mentoring, congregational support, youth conferences, and resource distribution.
- Translation and publishing efforts help create long-term theological infrastructure.
