Hebrews: The Whole Way

Led by Dr. John N. Oswalt, an American scholar and distinguished professor of Old Testament at Asbury Theological Seminary.
To many early Christians, and not a few today, it looked as though God’s plan of salvation in the Old Testament had failed and that he had gone to Plan B with Jesus. That meant that you either had to choose the Jewish way or the Christian way. The author of Hebrews (Priscilla, Aquila, Paul?) says, “Not at all!,” and shows how the two parts of the Bible fit together, hand and love. Keep the faith!

*We will not meet on March 2.
**Because we were unable to meet on March 30, we must determine how to rearrange the remaining content within the remaining weeks available to us. Dr. Oswalt is unavailable to extend the study into May. Alternatively, perhaps we could squeeze in an additional session somewhere other than a Monday night. Dr. Oswalt is considering what would work better for his schedule and for this study overall. We’ll update this page and email all registrants once we make a final decision regarding the schedule.
Session Videos
We will record each of the sessions and make each week’s video available until the following week for online streaming via links in emails sent only to registrants. The entire series will be available for purchase at the end of the series.
