Who We Are

The Francis Asbury Society is a network of believers dedicated to proclaiming that we are endowed by our Creator with love that transforms people, who then transform the world. We therefore seek to embody and proclaim the message of scriptural love to God and one another as the primary key to a happy and holy life. We accomplish our mission through publishing, speaking, and discipleship, so that persons are transformed to live wholly devoted to God. We are a society of individuals from across the spectrum of Christianity.

Our People

Our organization is made up of people who have resolved to live and proclaim the truth that complete Christian salvation involves not only forgiveness, but also complete transformation through the Holy Spirit’s power.

Vision, Mission & Values

God calls ordinary people to become devoted followers of Jesus Christ, transformed by the gracious gift and abiding presence of his Holy Spirit permeating every part of their lives

Our History

The Francis Asbury Society was founded in 1983 by Drs. Dennis F. Kinlaw and Harold Burgess of Wilmore, Kentucky. Their purpose was to publish materials and send out evangelists to spread the good news of full salvation within the Wesleyan-Holiness tradition.
