SUMMARY:Fall 2017–Spring 2018: Got Life? A Study of the Gospel of John
DESCRIPTION:Led by Stan Key\, president of the Francis Asbury Society from 2014 to 2020. \nSUMMARY: John’s Gospel is written so that those who read it may come to believe that Jesus is the Messiah. The first 12 chapters relate a series of miracles (called “signs”) that make such faith possible. Jesus turns water to wine\, heals the sick\, feeds the hungry\, and raises the dead so that honest seekers have enough evidence to make it intellectually plausible to believe. But there’s more! John wants to lead us to faith in Christ so that we might have life: abundant life\, victorious life\, eternal life.
